10/19/2014 @ 1:00 am, Stefan W. Adams, 43 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI.
10/20/2014 @ 10:10 pm, Trevor D. Spriggs, 18 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of Controlled
Substance.
10/21/2014 @ 2:40 am, Gerald D. Helton Jr., 47 of Springfield, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute and DWI by Drugs.
10/21/2014 @ 2:40 am, Carrie A. Baty, 32 of Mansfield, MO, was arrested for Possession of
Paraphernalia.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
