10/7/2014 @ 10:55 pm, Jonathon D. Hamm, 22 of Joplin, was arrested for Driving While Revoked.
The charge for which the above was arrested is mere accusation and is not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charge must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
