5/8/17 Fabian M. Lazek, 34 of Reeds, was arrested for Domestic Assault 1st .

5/8/17 Sheila Sanillan, 41 of Carthage, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Concealment of Articles on Jail Premises.

5/8/17 Philip Turpin, 53 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

5/9/17 Robert M. Artym, 34 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic Assault 2nd .

5/9/17 Jacqueline M. Ferguson, 38 of Grove, OK, was arrested for Fugitive From Out of State.

5/9/17 Gregory A. Jewell, 58 of Joplin, was arrested for Assault 4th, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

5/9/17 Bradley W. Rakausky, 47 of Joplin, was arrested for Assault 4th and Peace Disturbance.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
