10/4/17 Justin M. Williams, 25 of Kansas City, MO, was arrested for Tampering and Resisting Arrest.
10/4/17 Melody S. Vaughn, 27 of Kansas City, MO, was arrested for Tampering, Resisting Arrest,
Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession/Delivery of a Controlled Substance into a Jail.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
