FEMA to conduct nationwide test of Wireless Emergency Alert system Wednesday

REMINDER: This Wednesday at 1:18 PM Central, FEMA conducts a nationwide test of the Wireless Emergency Alert system, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission.

Most cell phones will get a message box with a tone and vibration. It's a test! It’s not a text and your phone number is not shared with anyone.
