A Carthage man was charged with driving while intoxicated and felony leaving the scene of an accident following a one-vehicle crash 9:10 a.m. on MO 86, six miles east of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Dodge 1500 driven by Joshua L. Ross, 29, Carthage, ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a utility pole.
Ross was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.
