Seneca Police Department arrests Joplin, Neosho residents on drug, assault charges

On 10-28 Officer Thiel stopped a vehicle for improper registration.

The driver, from Joplin, had warrants out of Webb City for  peace disturbance, possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic assault. 

The passenger, from Neosho, had a warrant for domestic assault. It should be noted that after both suspects were arrested, drug paraphernalia was located in the vehicle. The driver was also charged with this violation.
