1. C.B. 19-05- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission Cost Apportionment Program Supplemental Agreement between the City of Carthage, Missouri and the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission providing for public improvements designated as Route 571 Intersection Improvements, for the construction of intersection improvements on Route 571 at Elk and Garrison Streets; Job No.: 7P31871 (Public Works)

1. C.B. 19-06- An Ordinance to authorize the Mayor to apply for federal financial assistance on behalf of The City of Carthage and to execute any contract(s) resulting from such application for any grants between the City of Carthage and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission providing for capital, operating, and/or marketing assistance, comprised of federal funds to be expended for Commission-approved transit projects. 3. C.B. 19-08- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement between the City of Carthage, Missouri and the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission providing for  a Transportation Alternatives Fund Program Agreement ((TAP-1601(703)) for ADA compliant sidewalks, entrances and crosswalks along Central Avenue (MO96), from Garrison Avenue to Route 66.
