2/23/2019 Alysha Fry 26 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Resisting Arrest.
2/23/2019 Jeffery E Cope 36 of Asbury, MO was arrested for Tampering 1st Degree.
2/23/2019 Cody J Brinegar 28 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Tampering 1st Degree and
Hindering Prosecution.
2/25/2019 Jesse L Prater 36 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Revoked, Possession of
Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is
to determine guilt or innocence
