Carterville man injured crashing into utility pole

A Carterville man was injured in a one-vehicle crash 4:50 p.m. Monday on Jaguar Road, one mile south of Joplin.

According to the Highway Patrol report, 2001 Saturn LS driven by Bridger L. Heman, 17, Webb City, ran off the roadway and struck a utility pole.

A passenger, Dylan Cook, 21, Carterville, was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
