Jasper Police Department arrests woman on drug charges

On Wednesday, February 26th, 2020 at 1645 hours, a Jasper officer made contact with three females inside Judy's Truck Stop Restaurant in reference to reported drug activity.

The officer entered the restaurant and made contact with Lisa Anderson, Kay Lynn Alden, and Twila Snodgrass.

The officer had all three subjects come outside. Marijuana paraphernalia was found on Snodgrass during a search of the her person and pockets.

Anderson refused consent of her purse and person.








Her purse was lying on the ground next to the car. JCSO K-9 arrived on scene. The K-9 gave positive alert that narcotics were in the vehicle and while walking around the exterior of the car, the K-9 hit immediately on the purse of Anderson's. 

A search of Anderson's purse was conducted. The following was found:

*Plastic baggy with marijuana inside
*(2) multi colored marijuana pipes.
*Used syringe with residue
*Glass pipe with meth residue

Anderson was arrested and transported to the Jasper County jail.

Anderson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
