According to the Highway Patrol report, a Vitacci Pentora 125 utility vehicle driven by Mark D. Young, 51, Alba, made an improper turn, with the vehicle turning over. Young was ejected.
Young was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
