A Diamond man was killed in a one-vehicle accident 9:06 p.m. Saturday on Elder Road, four and a half miles west of Diamond.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2021 CF MOTO Z950 driven by Brian A. Bradley, 51, Diamond, traveled off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected and overturned.
Newton County Deputy Coroner Brian Artherton pronounced Bradley dead at the scene at 11 p.m.
The fatality was the 51st this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
