The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a Joplin man on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession 11:11 p.m. Friday in Howell County.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Casey R. Purscelly, 31, was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended.
