(From Carthage Public Works Department)The Round-A-Bout intersection (Garrison Ave and George Phelps Blvd) will be closing this Friday, October 28th to allow for asphalt paving around the intersection.
The intersection is expected to be open by the end of the same day. Please plan accordingly.
