Five inducted into Joplin Schools Hall of Fame

(From Joplin Schools)

Last night was a fantastic evening for Joplin Schools!

The Joplin Schools Foundation hosted our inaugural Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, recognizing 5 outstanding graduates of Joplin Schools who have made inspiring contributions to our community and their fields of industry. One Meritorious Award was also bestowed upon a Joplin Schools educator who made a lasting impact on our community.

We'd like to thank those who were able to attend in celebration, and to especially show our gratitude to three of our inductees who were able to be there with us: Jim Goodknight (Class of 1960), Dr. Kate Browne (Class of 1972), and William Henry Robertson Jr. (Class of 1947).

These exceptional Eagles spoke about their time in Joplin Schools and the valuable lessons that started right here at home as they each began finding their pathway to purpose.

Congratulations to our inaugural Hall of Fame inductees! Your legacy will not be forgotten.
