(From the City of Joplin)Beginning tomorrow (October 19) morning, 4th Street will be closed immediately east of Schifferdecker Avenue. This closure is occurring for Missouri American Water to complete a water line tap. The road is expected to be closed for 2 days. Detours will be in place during the closure.
Drivers are urged to use extreme caution in the work area. The City appreciates your patience.
