According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Nathan A. Womack, 34, Southwest City, ran off the roadway and struck a utility pole.
A passenger, Justin L. Poole, 35, Southwest City, was treated for moderate injuries at Integris Hospital, Grove, Oklahoma.
