Two Carthage residents were injured in a one-vehicle accident 11:45 a.m .today on Fir Road a quarter mile west of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Ford Escape driven by Victoria I. Paul, 21, Carthage, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail.
Paul and a passenger, Christina L. Walker, 46, Carthage, were treated for minor injuries at Mercy Carthage.
