09/11/2023 Officer received a report of a trespasser in the 700 block of W. 8th. A summons for trespassing was issued to the suspect.

09/11/2023 Officer took a report of a theft in the 1100 block of E. 9th St. Investigation continues.

09/11/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 800 block of Truman in reference to a past tense theft. Investigation continues.

09/11/2023 Officer was dispatched to Walmart for a report of Shoplifting. Suspect was issued a summons for Shoplifting.

09/13/2023 Officer was contacted by a resident of the 800 block of W. 10th reporting a theft from his property. Investigation continues.








09/13/2023 Officer responded to a call at 12th St. and Hagny St. regarding a motorcycle accident. Driver was issued a summons for Driving While Intoxicated, 1st Offense and No Operator’s License for not having a motorcycle endorsement on his driver’s license.
 
09/15/2023 Officer dispatched officers to the 1700 block of College for a disturbance in progress. One person was placed under arrest for Violation of a Protection Order and was transported to the Barton County Jail.

09/16/2023 Officers contacted a subject who had been trespassed from Walmart. A citation for Trespassing was issued.

09/16/2023 Officer took a report of a theft in the 200 block of W. 5th St. Investigation continues.








09/17/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of Mill in reference to a domestic assault that had just occurred. One person was arrested for Domestic Assault and transported to the Barton County Jail. Probable Cause paperwork was sent to the Barton County Prosecutor for consideration of charges.

09/17/2023 Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of E. 12th St. for a theft report. Investigation continues.
