(From the Baxter Springs Police Department)Arturo Uribe, 26, of Commerce, Oklahoma was taken into custody on December 18, 2023 after a short investigation by the Baxter Springs Police Department.
During the investigation of the burglaries that took place in Baxter Springs it was discovered that over $25,000 worth of property was stolen and over $10,000 in criminal damage done while on the victim's property.
On December 19, 2023 the Quapaw Marshall’s executed a search warrant of a residence North East, Oklahoma. During the search of the property over $12,000 worth of stolen property was recovered.
Charges are pending for the other individuals involved as the case is still on going.
