A Fairview man was cited for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 6:10 p.m. Wednesday on MO 76 three miles south of Wheaton.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 GMC Sierra driven by Kou Moua, 36, Fairview, traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
Moua, who was also cited for careless and imprudent driving, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
