A Pineville man was cited for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 11:51 p.m. Saturday on MO 90 six miles east of Jane.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2015 Harley Davidson driven by Michael J. Nix, 52, Pineville, traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.
Nix, who was also cited for failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, received moderate injuries.
