03/04/2024 Officer took a report regarding possible harassment. Investigation continues.
03/04/2024 Officer took a report in reference to past tense theft of gas from their vehicles. Investigation continues.
03/06/2024 Officer was asked to assist as a standby officer during a nuisance clean up order in the 1500 block of Broadway. One of the residents made a threat to a tow truck driver. A copy of the report and probable cause packet was sent to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of charges of Harassment in the 1st Degree.
03/06/2024 Officer investigated a complaint about an individual who was in Prime Liquor playing video games, while her 6 year old child was in a vehicle unsupervised. One person was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.
03/06/2024 Officers investigated a report of a leaving the scene of an accident on West 10th St. Upon arrival, it was discovered that a female had been struck by a vehicle and vehicle left the scene. After investigation, the driver of the vehicle was found and admitted to the accident.
03/07/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Poplar for a Theft Not in Progress. Investigation continues.
03/07/2024 Officers investigated a report of a domestic assault that occurred in the 700 block of Mill St. Probable Cause information will be sent to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of charges of Assault Domestic 3rd Degree.
03/07/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Broadway for Harassment. Investigation continues.
