8/19.2024 Officer was dispatched to the 800 block of Broadway for a call of property damage. Upon arrival, it was discovered that someone had tried to unsuccessfully break in. Investigation continues.

8/19/2024 Officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of E 16th St. Paperwork will be sent to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of charges of Domestic Assault 2nd Degree.

8/19/2024 Officer went to the 1200 block of Grand St for a property damage report. Another officer answered a 911 call in the 400 block of E. 12th St. Both situations were related. One person was issued a summons for property damage. One person was arrested and transported to Barton County Jail for Assault 2nd degree.








8/23/2024 Officer was dispatched to Walmart for three reports of past tense theft. Suspect one was trespassed from Walmart Stores. Suspect two was trespassed and paperwork will be submitted to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of charges of Stealing Under $750 (Shoplifting) Suspect three was transported to the Barton County Jail where he was booked and released with two summonses, one for Shoplifting and one for Trespassing.

8/23/2024 Officer was took a report of a past tense fraud. Investigation continues.
