A Neosho man was killed in a one-vehicle accident 1:35 p.m. Sunday on Falcon Road five miles northwest of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1996 Harley Davidson Sportser 883 driven by Joshua A. Westfall, 46, Neosho, traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned, ejecting Westfall.
Newton County Deputy Coroner B. Artherton pronounced Westfall dead at the scene.t
The fatality was the 65th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
