Greenfield couple cited for fentanyl, meth possession following injury accident

 A Greenfield couple was cited for felony possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl following a one-vehicle accident 11:30 p.m. Wednesday on Route F at North Farm Road 17 two miles west of Bois D'Arc.

According to the Highway Patrol report, Levi T. Manues, 41, Greenfield, traveled off the left side of the road and struck a fence and a tree.

Manues and a passenger, Krystal R. Manues, 38, Greenfield, who were also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, were treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
