(From the Dade County Sheriff's Office)On Sunday, July 6th, at approximately 5:20 a.m., deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on Lilly Street in Greenfield.
Following a thorough investigation, Matthew S. Carmical was arrested on July 14th, 2025, on a Texas County, Missouri warrant for traffic-related offenses, including Driving While Intoxicated – Prior Offender.
Subsequently, a Dade County warrant was issued with no bond for the following felony charges:
Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
Unlawful Use of a Weapon (Exhibiting)
Property Damage 1st Degree
Armed Criminal Action
Property Damage 1st Degree
Armed Criminal Action
Mr. Carmical was taken into custody under both warrants.

All charges are accusations and Mr. Carmical is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
