Traffic Alert: Jasper Co. Route D CLOSED July 24 for Tree Removal
Where: Jasper County Route D (Locust Road) between Civil War Road and County Road 140 north of Carthage
When: 8 a.m.-noon, Thursday, July 24
What: MoDOT crews removing tree leaning over road
Traffic Impacts
All Route D lanes CLOSED where crews are working
Drivers will have access to driveways and entrances but will not be able to drive through work zone
No signed detour
Signs and barricades will alert drivers approaching the work zone
Drivers should find alternate route
Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
