3. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-113-AN ORDINANCE
approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife
Service (USFWS), Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) (jointly
called “Trustees”), Missouri Prairie Foundation (“MPF”), and the City Of Joplin
(“Joplin”). The Trustees enter into this
MOU in recognition of their common interests in a parcel of land within the
City of Joplin, Missouri. It is the intent of all parties to restore this area
for the benefit of the public and wildlife, and to do so by working efficiently
among the partners.
5. COUNCIL BILL
NO. 2014-253 - AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the remaining portion
of a 20-foot wide public alley between South Main Street and South Joplin
Avenue beginning at the south right-of-way line of 30th Street south
150 feet in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

NO. 2014-254 - AN ORDINANCE amending
Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri,
November 15, 2004, by removing from District C-1 and including in District C-3
property as described below and located at 2927 East 11th Street in
the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

NO. 2014-255 - AN ORDINANCE
requesting to Review the Final Plat for TWIN HILLS
SUBDIVISION PLAT 1 located at the northeast corner of 26th Street
and Country Club Drive in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

1. COUNCIL BILL
NO. 2014-009 - AN ORDINANCE approving the Second Amendment to Senior
Transitional Housing Site Development Agreement by and between the City of
Joplin and SWJOMO Seniors, LLC, and the Joplin Redevelopment Corporation, for
the redevelopment of property located at near the intersection of 26th
Street and McClelland Blvd.; authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute
said Agreement Amendment by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing
an emergency clause.
2. COUNCIL BILL
NO.2013-010 –AN ORDINANCE approving the Villas Site
Development Agreement by and between the City of Joplin and Joplin Villas,
LLC., and the Joplin Redevelopment Corporation, for the redevelopment of
property located at near the intersection of 26th Street and McCoy
Ave.; authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute said Predevelopment
Agreement by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency
clause.
COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-111 - AN ORDINANCE approving reimbursement
to Dr. William D. Cook in the amount of
Twenty Thousand Fifteen and
no/100 Dollars ($20,015.00) for
relocation of waterline vault and backflow preventer at 1627 W. 26th in the City of Joplin, Missouri, providing how
the cost shall be made and levied, and containing an emergency clause;
COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-118 - AN ORDINANCE approving by and
between the City of Joplin and Olsson Associates an Agreement to provide
project management, construction inspection, and material testing, not to
exceed Two Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Nine and 20/100
Dollars ($294,959.20) and authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute
said Agreement; and containing an emergency clause.
COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-119 - AN ORDINANCE approving by and
between the City of Joplin and Olsson Associates an Agreement to provide TIGER
grant reporting not to exceed Twenty Four Thousand and no/100 Dollars
($24,000.00) and authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute said
Agreement; and containing an emergency clause.
