The Campus Activities Board will present the annual MSSU Talent Show at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, in Taylor Performing Arts Center.
With 16 student acts lined up, the show will have one of the largest varieties of performances in recent years. There will be singing, guitar playing, juggling, ventriloquism, hip-hop, dance and more. Comedian Michael Malone, who was pegged as 2013’s “Hot Comic to Watch” by Campus Activities magazine, will serve as host.
A panel of faculty and staff members will judge the performers on their stage presence, audience interaction, entertainment value, showmanship and creativity. Prizes will be $300 for first place, $200 for second and $100 for third.
The free event is open to all MSSU students, faculty, staff and the community. Free T-shirts will be provided to the first 150 students to present their ID.
