Starting Monday, June 16, 2014, St. Louis Avenue will be closed between 8th Street and Campbell Parkway for a period of 2 weeks. The City of Joplin will be replacing an existing culvert that is located just south of the railroad tracks on St Louis. The closure is to allow for faster repairs of the street and culvert as well as providing a safe working environment to the public and City crews.
Drivers are urged to use extreme caution and be aware of traffic flow changes and delays in this area.
