Highway Patrol: Joplin woman crosses center line, causes accident

A Baxter Springs man was injured in a two-vehicle accident  7 p.m. today at Coyote Drive in Newton County.

According to the Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred when a Dodge Ram driven by Cristine I, Greenlow, 25, Joplin, crossed the center line and struck a Buick Regal driven by Gregory D. Merrill, 19, Baxter Springs.

A passenger in the Merrill vehicle, James T. Harman, 19, Baxter Springs, was taken to Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, with moderate injuries.
