Joplin man arrested on felony drug charge in Texas County
The Highway Patrol arrested a Joplin man on a felony drug charge 8:29 a.m. today in Texas County.
Benjamin A. Estep, 39, was cited for felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
