8:24 AM, A diesel truck has turned over on the I 49 on ramp, off of 171 in Carthage, spilling what appears to possibly some sort of food waste. The on ramp will be closed until the truck can be cleared.
The driver was removed from the truck and appears to be ok.
Please find an alternate route if this is part of your travel path this morning.
