A Seneca man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a two-vehicle accident 6:15 p.m. Tuesday on MO 43 at Elm.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Nissan Maxima driven by Logan J. Grady, 22, Seneca, struck the rear of a 2004 GMC Sierra driven by Misti D. Owens, 24, Seneca.
Owens was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
