Connect2Culture, Joplin's community arts agency, has expanded its Board of Directors from 15 members to 18 members. It has also increased its number of ex-officio members from four to five.
Effective June 1, 2017, Chalise Cooper, Anne Curchin, Jeri Lynn Joseph, Amanda Mitchell, and Lora Phelps joined the board of Connect2Culture. Existing board member terms of Susan Adams, Robin McAlester, and Dan L. Stanley were also renewed.
These eight board members join Sharon Beshore, Clifford Wert, Troy Hill, Paula Baker, Alex Curchin, Dr. Kyle Kennedy, Jennifer Longnecker, Josie Mai, Jo Mueller, and Rob O’Brian in comprising the 18-member Connect2Culture Board of Directors.
Brad Belk has been added as an ex-officio member, joining Sam Anselm, Lori Haun, Tonya Sprenkle, and Donna Whitehead as ex-officio members for the year beginning June 1, 2017.
The current slate of officers has also been renewed: Sharon Beshore, Board Chair; Clifford Wert, President/CFO; Troy Hill, 1st Vice President; Dan L. Stanley, 2nd Vice President, and Robin McAlester, Secretary.
