No drugs discovered during random K9 search at Jasper Schools

(From the Jasper Police Department)

In a cooperative effort by Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, Jasper Police Department and Jasper Schools to ensure the safety, security and integrity of the school and students, and an effort to enforce a drug free school rule, random K9 sniffs for drugs are conducted at the school throughout the year.

The operation was conducted Tuesday and no illegal narcotics or weapons were located.

We had a fun recess afterwards as well.

Thank you Jasper County Sheriff’s Office K9 Deputy Jeremy Eads and his pup for taking time to help us.
