NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Joplin, Missouri, will be held at the conference room of the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce, 320 East 4th Street, Joplin, Missouri, on Monday, January 6, 2020, commencing at 1:00 p.m., to authorize, approve, consider, and/or act upon the following tentative agenda:

1.Approval of minutes of August 9, 2019, special meeting.

2. Review and consideration of Authority financial reports.

3.Public Hearing regarding Health Facilities Revenue Bonds (Freeman Health System), Series 2020

4. Consideration of: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF HEALTH FACILITIES REVENUE BONDS (FREEMAN HEALTH SYSTEM), SERIES 2020, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO BE LOANED TO FREEMAN HEALTH SYSTEM TO REFUND REVENUE BONDS ISSUED TO FINANCE AND REFINANCE THE COSTS OF CERTAIN HOSPITAL FACILITIES; AND AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING CERTAIN DOCUMENTS AND ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF SAID BONDS.







5. Consideration of Declaration of Second Amendment to the Protective Covenants and Restriction affecting Crossroads Center Business and Distribution Park.

6. Briefing of business attraction pipeline.

7. Update on Crossroads Industrial Park site certification process.

8. Discussion of MOKAN Partnership, formerly known as Joplin Regional Partnership.

9. Preview demonstration of new Crossroads Industrial Park interactive map for website.

10. Vote to go into closed session pertaining to leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore as set forth in §610.021.2, RSMo, .

11. Adjournment
