According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Ford Taurus driven by Eric W. Travis, 39, Liberal, slid through a T-intersection on a snow and ice-covered roadway and struck an embankment.
Travis was treated for minor injuries at Nevada Regional Medical Center.
