Joseph Dahlquist, 50, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by certain persons, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm, furnishing prohibited articles and theft by receiving.
Dahlquist is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.
