Seneca Police Department makes arrests on drugs, traffic charges

On 12/5/19, Officer Housley made a traffic stop in front of Gas-N-Snack North for a moving violation. 

The driver was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 11/29/19, Officer Thiel made a traffic stop at Washington/Sherwood for an equipment violation. The driver was arrested for DWS. 

The passenger, Cheraden Baldwin was arrested on two warrants out of Neosho for: False Info to Police and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both subjects were transported to Newton County Jail.

On 11/22/19, Officer Kirby made a traffic stop at Oneida/Cherokee for an equipment violation. The driver was arrested for DWS and transported to Newton County Jail.
