Jasper Police arrest five on drug charges following search warrant execution

On Tuesday, January 11th, 2022, members of the Jasper Police Department served a search warrant at 307 East Grand Ave., Jasper, Mo.

 
Upon search of the residence and the mobile home, illegal drugs were found as well as meth related drug paraphernalia.

 
5 persons were arrested:

•Ricky W. Leivan (Jasper)
—>Poss. of drugs and meth related drug paraphernalia

•Darrell Thomason (Jasper)
—>Poss. of drugs and meth related drug paraphernalia

•Daylen Leivan (Jasper)
—>Poss. of meth related drug paraphernalia and obstruction/resisting arrest

•Alexander Cox (Carthage)
—>Poss. of drugs and drug paraphernalia

•Clayton Kennemer (Joplin)
—>Poss. of meth related drug paraphernalia and several outstanding warrants

Further investigation will continue on other criminal concerns and associates.
