A Joplin woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 11:06 a.m. today on I-44, five miles east of Strafford.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1992 Cadillac Seville driven by Trevon S. Ausler, 22, Springfield, turned around in an emergency vehicle turnaround and pulled into the path of a 2017 Hyundai Sonata driven by Melanie E. Dudley, 48, Marshfield.
A passenger in the Ausler vehicle, Kaylan M. Watts, 19, Joplin, was treated for moderate injuries and Dudley for minor injuries at Mercy Springfield.
