(From the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce)The Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that Ashley Siler has been promoted to Director of Operations. Siler has been with the Neosho Area Chamber since 2014, starting as the Event Coordinator.
“Working alongside Ashley for the past seven years has been a joy. She really has been a great asset to not only our Chamber but also our community,” says Chamber CEO, Lauri Lyerla.
“Ashley is great at putting things in motion. She is passionate about what she does and uses that passion to help our members. We are excited to have her step into this new role, continuing to move our organization forward with excellence. Having her take a more hands on role with the day-to-day operations will allow me to continue focusing on the future of the Chamber on a larger scale.”
Prior to joining the Chamber team in 2014, Siler worked for Carlson Chiropractic Center and in the Communications Department of Joplin Schools.
“I am looking forward to continuing to serve our community and members in this new role,” Siler says. “Every position that I have had in my career has allowed me to serve people. From their healthcare needs to information about their children’s education, the Chamber world is so much different! You truly get to help so many different ranges of people fulfill their dreams.
