According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Toyota Camry driven by Teryl L. Parmele, 64, Neosho, slid on an ice and snow-covered roadway ran off the road and collided with a utility pole and fence gate.
Parmele was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman Neosho.
