(From the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office)Ivy Christine Simpson, 25, of Webb City, Missouri was sentenced to over three years imprisonment this week.
The 38-month sentence came after Simpson pled guilty to Aggravated Battery for her involvement in the December 2022 stabbing of a woman north of Galena.
Simpson is being held in the Cherokee County Jail pending transfer to the Kansas Department of Corrections and was prosecuted by the Cherokee County Attorney's Office.
