07/26/2023 Officer took a past tense domestic assault. A probable cause statement was sent to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of charges of Assault Domestic 4th Degree.

07/26/2023 Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Lexington in reference to a verbal domestic in progress. One person was arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail where he was placed on a twenty-four hour hold for investigation for Domestic Assault 3rd degree.

07/26/2023 Officer was contacted by a subject in reference to a past tense domestic assault. One person was taken into custody without further incident for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree and transported to the Barton County Jail where he was placed on a twenty four hour hold for investigation pending charges by the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney.








07/27/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of Truman St. in reference to a disturbance. The suspects had left prior to the officer’s arrival. No further action was taken.

07/28/2023 Officer conducted a traffic stop on E. 6th St. One person was issued citations for DWI and open container.
 
07/30/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of College St. for property damage. Investigation continues.
