A Joplin man was cited for driving while intoxicated and felony leaving the scene of an accident following a two-vehicle collision 5:15 p.m. Thursday on Kodiak Road, a half mile south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Jeep Compass driven by Charles A. Nollner, Jr., 46, Joplin, sideswiped a 2019 Ram 2500 driven by Richard D. Cash, 57, Joplin.
Nollner, who was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, was also cited for careless and imprudent driving and for not wearing a seat belt.
