According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Harley Davidson Sportster driven by Dade H. Gilstrap, 25, Neosho, traveled off the right side of the road and overturned.
Gilstrap was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Arkansas.
